GTPL Hathway acquires ACT Group's cable TV business for INR 36.23 crore

GTPL Hathway has entered into a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) to acquire the cable television business of seven companies belonging to ACT Group for an aggregate cash consideration of INR 36.23 crore.
